To the front of the home is the formal dining room featuring craftsman style wainscoting with chair rail and elegant tray ceiling. Courtney Thomas DesignThis Altadena home is the perfect example of modern farmhouse flair. The powder room flaunts an elegant mirror over a strapping vanity; the butcher block in the kitchen lends warmth and texture; the living room is replete with stunning details like the candle style chandelier, the plaid area rug, and the coral accents; and the master bathroom’s floor is a gorgeous floor tile.

Tru Form TinyDesigned by Malia Schultheis and built by Tru Form Tiny. This Tiny Home features Blue stained pine for the ceiling, pine wall boards in white, custom barn door, custom steel work throughout, and modern minimalist window trim.
DRAW ArchitectureThe barn frame, purchased by the client in the spring of 1998, was originally located in Highland, Kansas. Aside from the industrial and agricultural functions that comprise the lower level of the barn, the program includes an open event space.
