Crystal Kitchen + BathOriginal to the home was a beautiful stained glass window. The homeowner’s wanted to reuse it and since the laundry room had no exterior window, it was perfect. Natural light from the skylight above the back stairway filters through it and illuminates the laundry room. What was an otherwise mundane space now showcases a beautiful art piece. The room also features one of Cambria’s newest counter top colors, Parys. The rich blue and gray tones are seen again in the blue wall paint and the stainless steel sink and faucet finish. Twin Cities Closet Company provided for this small space making the most of every square inch.
Cabinet-S-TopIn the laundry room, Medallion Gold series Park Place door style with flat center panel finished in Chai Latte classic paint accented with Westerly 3 ¾” pulls in Satin Nickel. Giallo Traversella Granite was installed on the countertop. A Moen Arbor single handle faucet with pull down spray in Spot Resist Stainless. The sink is a Blanco Liven laundry sink finished in truffle. The flooring is Kraus Enstyle Culbres vinyl tile 12” x 24” in the color Blancos.
RoomfourThis laundry is a space savers dream! Machines stacked nicely with enough room to store whatever you need above (like that washing basket that just doesn't really GO anywhere). Fitted neatly is the laundry trough with a simple tap. The black tiles really do make the space it's own. Who said laundries had to be boring?
Rachel Oliver Design, LLCThe super compact laundry room was designed to use every inch of space. Counter top has plenty of room for folding and myriad cabinets and drawers make it easy to store brooms, soap, towels, etc.

Davina DesignsThis laundry room accommodates laundry, art projects, pets and more. We decided to stack the washer and dry to maximize the space as much as possible. We wrapped the counter around the back of the room to give the owners a folding table and included as many cabinets as possible to maximize storage. Our favorite part was the very fun chevron wallpaper.

Photo tile mural (from The Tile Mural Store www.tilemuralstore.com ) behind the sink was used to evoke nature and waterfowl on the nearby Chesapeake Bay, as well as an entry focal point of interest for the room.

burlanes interiorsWith a busy working lifestyle and two small children, Burlanes worked closely with the home owners to transform a number of rooms in their home, to not only suit the needs of family life, but to give the wonderful building a new lease of life, whilst in keeping with the stunning historical features and characteristics of the incredible Oast House.
Stephen GraverOur client came across Stephen Graver Ltd through a magazine advert and decided to visit the studio in Steeple Ashton, Wiltshire. They have lived in the same house for 20 years where their existing oven had finally given up. They wanted a new range cooker so they decided to take the opportunity to rearrange and update the kitchen and utility room.
Stephen visited and gave some concept ideas that would include the range cooker they had always wanted, change the orientation of the utility room and ultimately make it more functional. Being a small area it was important that the kitchen could be “clever” when it came to storage, and we needed to house a small TV. With the our approach of “we can do anything” we cleverly built the TV into a bespoke end panel. In addition we also installed a new tiled floor, new LED lighting and power sockets.
Both rooms were re-plastered, decorated and prepared for the new kitchen on a timescale of six weeks, and most importantly on budget, which led to two very satisfied customers.
Melissa Hill Home DesignWhen our clients moved into their already built home they decided to live in it for a while before making any changes. Once they were settled they decided to hire us as their interior designers to renovate and redesign various spaces of their home. As they selected the spaces to be renovated they expressed a strong need for storage and customization. They allowed us to design every detail as well as oversee the entire construction process directing our team of skilled craftsmen. The home is a traditional home so it was important for us to retain some of the traditional elements while incorporating our clients style preferences.

Karly Kristina DesignThis Laundry Room closet was transitioned to feel more like an actual Laundry Room by giving the space built in cabinetry and adding a functioning countertop. By having the built in storage, it helps hide the clutter of misc. storage items.
