Sunlight filters through verdant leaves overhead, dappling a red wood deck that envelopes the trunk of a magnificent tree. This is not just an outdoor space; it's an oasis, a sanctuary where the lines between indoors and outdoors blur, and the presence of nature takes center stage.
At the heart of this oasis lies the existing tree, not merely an obstacle but the focal point, the star around which the entire design revolves. Built specifically to accommodate its presence, the cabinetry forms a sculptural embrace, wrapping around the base like a protective shroud. Crafted from weather resistant materials that echoes the tree's own earthy tones, the cabinetry blends seamlessly into the landscape.

New Eco LandscapesWanting to create an oasis in the city, our clients needed this garden to be lush and vibrant for their high-rise office space in Midtown, Manhattan. The garden needed to function as an area where clients and employees could hold meetings, have lunch, host after work functions or just take a relaxing break during work. The evergreen shrubs and grasses give those working inside their privacy while the tall trees provide shade for the terrace that is in full sun most of the day. We used a mix of drought-tolerant plants as well as annuals to create a look that is full and at the same time low maintenance.

Dopo la scelta delle piante si è proceduto alla scelta delle fioriere e del loro aspetto, infatti, si voleva fossero in sintonia con i gusti dei clienti e fosse un tutt'uno con il design degli interni dell'appartamento.
Il risultato è stato far posare un pavimento in legno e su questo porre fioriere in alluminio e vasi in ceramica invetriata. Tutto risulta semplice e naturale e di facile manutenzione per il cliente.
Violaine Abric HomestylistInserite tante piante di fiori per dare il tocco di colore, come i gerani classici o i parigini di tipo ricadenti, surfinie anch’esse di tipo ricadente, pansè, garofani… e piante aromatiche per i profumi, basilico, menta (della quale ne esistono mille varianti, addirittura c’è né una che sa di limone, la “menta bergamotto”), prezzemolo, timo, salvia e tutto ciò che vi può fare da supporto in cucina. E perché no? Qualche pianta di pomodori, zucchine, melanzane… così da avere anche la propria coltivazione bio in balcone. Un consiglio spassionato, abolite le siepi di finta edera!
