Jennifer Ryan DesignNew french doors gives light and easy access to the deck space. Removing two walls and exposing the old brick chimney made for a great open space kitchen worthy of this little house! An eclectic mixture of quartz and butcher block counter tops, industrial lighting, brick and an exposed beam gives this space great interest.
Kustom Home DesignWe transformed an outdated, lack luster beach house on Fripp Island into a coastal retreat complete with southern charm and bright personality. The main living space was opened up to allow for a charming kitchen with open shelving, white painted ship lap, a large inviting island and sleek stainless steel appliances. Nautical details are woven throughout adding to the charisma and simplistic beauty of this coastal home. New dark hardwood floors contrast with the soft white walls and cabinetry, while also coordinating with the dark window sashes and mullions. The new open plan allows an abundance of natural light to wash through the interior space with ease. Tropical vegetation form beautiful views and welcome visitors like an old friend to the grand front stairway. The play between dark and light continues on the exterior with crisp contrast balanced by soft hues and warm stains. What was once nothing more than a shelter, is now a retreat worthy of the paradise that envelops it.
Kitchen Studio: Kansas CityThis tiny kitchen was barely usable by a busy mom with 3 young kids. We were able to remove two walls and open the kitchen into an unused space of the home and make this the focal point of the home the clients had always dreamed of! Hidden on the back side of this peninsula are 3 cubbies, one for each child to store their backpacks and lunch boxes for school. The fourth cubby contains a charging station for the families electronics.
Kaestner Designs - Kitchens, Baths & InteriorsI designed this project for a developer in Philadelphia who specializes in home remodeling flips. The scope of this kitchen was to incorporate trending design with simple features to create a contemporary / transitional space. White Shaker cabinets featuring an inlay molding were selected to accomplish this goal.
Extraordinary StructuresView from the desk next to the wall bed. Plenty of room for moving about when the horizontal wall bed is folded out and in use.

Anthology WoodsPainted White Reclaimed Wood wall paneling clads this guest space. In the kitchen, a reclaimed wood feature wall and floating reclaimed wood shelves were re-milled from wood pulled and re-used from the original structure. The open joists on the painted white ceiling give a feeling of extra head space and the natural wood textures provide warmth.

Amos Goldreich ArchitectureWe completed a luxury apartment in Primrose Hill. This is the second apartment within the same building to be designed by the practice, commissioned by a new client who viewed the initial scheme and immediately briefed the practice to conduct a similar high-end refurbishment.
The brief was to fully maximise the potential of the 60-square metre, two-bedroom flat, improving usable space, and optimising natural light.
We significantly reconfigured the apartment’s spatial lay-out – the relocated kitchen, now open-plan, is seamlessly integrated within the living area, while a window between the kitchen and the entrance hallway creates new visual connections and a more coherent sense of progression from one space to the next.
The previously rather constrained single bedroom has been enlarged, with additional windows introducing much needed natural light. The reconfigured space also includes a new bathroom.
The apartment is finely detailed, with bespoke joinery and ingenious storage solutions such as a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom and a floating sideboard in the living room.
Elsewhere, potential space has been imaginatively deployed – a former wall cabinet now accommodates the guest WC.
The choice of colour palette and materials is deliberately light in tone, further enhancing the apartment’s spatial volumes, while colourful furniture and accessories provide focus and variation.
