Artisan Kitchens and BathsThis kitchen was completely remodeled. The space was a full gut down to the studs and sub floors.
The biggest challenge in the space was reorienting the layout to accommodate an island, larger appliances and leveling the space. The floors were more than a few inches out of level. We also turned a U-shaped kitchen with a peninsula into an L-shape with and island and relocated the sink to create a more open, eat-in area.
An additional area that was taken into consideration was the half bathroom just off the kitchen. Originally the bathroom opened up directly into the kitchen creating a break in the circulation. The toilet was rotated 180 degrees and flipped the bathroom to the other side of the area allowing the door to open and close without interfering with meal prep.
Three of the most important design features include the bold navy blue cabinets, professional appliances and modern material selection including matte brass hardware and fixtures (FAUCET, POT FILLER, PENDANTS ETC…), Herringbone backsplash, tile and white marble countertops.
Claire Queeney HsuOpen galley kitchen that is perfect for entertaining. Co-ordinating layered light fixtures all have crystal aspects. The stone/glass mosaic tile backsplash gives the space a little glitter above and below the cabinets. Porcelain tile floor is elegant and rugged. Interiors by Maite GrandaOur firm worked closely with the Junior League of Miami to raise funds for the women and children who benefit from the Junior League’s programming and scholarships. A group of designers participated in the project of renovating the main house as well as the cottages. We felt in love with the Sausage Tree Cottage Kitchen and instead of demolishing the old kitchen we wanted to preserve the actual beauty and bring the old space back to it is glamour. The St Charles cabinets were of great inspiration for us. We strongly believe in history preservation.

Puccini KitchensStep into this vibrant and inviting kitchen that combines modern design with playful elements.
The centrepiece of this kitchen is the 20mm Marbled White Quartz worktops, which provide a clean and sophisticated surface for preparing meals. The light-coloured quartz complements the overall bright and airy ambience of the kitchen.
The cabinetry, with doors constructed from plywood, introduces a natural and warm element to the space. The distinctive round cutouts serve as handles, adding a touch of uniqueness to the design. The cabinets are painted in a delightful palette of Inchyra Blue and Ground Pink, infusing the kitchen with a sense of fun and personality.
A pink backsplash further enhances the playful colour scheme while providing a stylish and easy-to-clean surface. The kitchen's brightness is accentuated by the strategic use of rose gold elements. A rose gold tap and matching pendant lights introduce a touch of luxury and sophistication to the design.
The island situated at the centre enhances functionality as it provides additional worktop space and an area for casual dining and entertaining. The integrated sink in the island blends seamlessly for a streamlined look.
