Paradise Tiny Homes LLC
Hawaiian mango locally sourced for the stair treads, sanded so its buttery smooth and warm on your feet. This is a storage staircase with closet and bookshelf that faces the seating area. no space is waisted.
I love working with clients that have ideas that I have been waiting to bring to life. All of the owner requests were things I had been wanting to try in an Oasis model. The table and seating area in the circle window bump out that normally had a bar spanning the window; the round tub with the rounded tiled wall instead of a typical angled corner shower; an extended loft making a big semi circle window possible that follows the already curved roof. These were all ideas that I just loved and was happy to figure out. I love how different each unit can turn out to fit someones personality.
The Oasis model is known for its giant round window and shower bump-out as well as 3 roof sections (one of which is curved). The Oasis is built on an 8x24' trailer. We build these tiny homes on the Big Island of Hawaii and ship them throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
Marvin
The complete renovation and addition to an original 1962 Maine modern shorefront camp paid special attention to the authenticity of the home blending seamlessly with the vision of original architect. The family has deep sentimental ties to the home. Therefore, every inch of the house was reconditioned, and Marvin® direct glaze, casement, and awning windows were used as a perfect match to the original field built glazing, maintaining the character and extending the use of the camp for four season use.
William Hanley and Heli Mesiniemi, of WMH Architects, were recognized as the winners of “Best in Show” Marvin Architects Challenge 2017 for their skillful execution of design. They created a form that was open, airy and inviting with a tour de force of glazing.

Stairworks
A tiny home on Waiheke Island needed a staircase to access the loft that was not only a space-saving staircase, but also safe for guests to access. Additionally, the owner wanted a balustrade that required craftsmanship with intricate designs and a beach inspired style to match the interior design of this tiny home.
The original design included a wooden staircase, however the owner wanted that replaced with steel stairs to save space. A spiral staircase was considered, but was still too big for what she wanted, which led us to design a ladder.
Because the owner is an artist, she wanted a more unique balustrade design. This was quite a different style from our usual fabrications, but we welcomed the challenge. We then brought all the pieces to Waiheke Island and completed the installation in a day. The owner was thrilled with the end result and is now renting out the tiny home as holiday rentals.

Trimcraft of Fort Myers, Inc.
During the recent renovation of this Fort Myers home in Tidewater, Trimcraft gave the main living area a more “open” feel. Replaced existing rail with 1-1/2” stainless steel handrail on ½” tempered glass balustrade with 4” aluminum track. The finishing touches were red oak treads with painted risers and skirt.
