Haven Design and ConstructionThe mid century living room is punctuated with deep blue accents that coordinate with the deep blue and walnut kitchen cabinets in the open living space. A mid century sofa with wood sides and back grounds the space, while a sunburst mirror and modern art provide additional character.
Michael Norpell's Wall To WallClerestory windows and post-and-beam construction provide a wide-open space for this great room. By using and area rug, the living space and dining spaces are defined. New cork flooring provides a fresh, clean look.
Ranieri Construction LLCThe homeowner provided us an inspiration photo for this built in electric fireplace with shiplap, shelving and drawers. We brought the project to life with Fashion Cabinets white painted cabinets and shelves, MDF shiplap and a Dimplex Ignite fireplace.
Interior Edit LtdCombining rich navy walls with with pops of colour from the soft furnishing. Bringing in vibrant colours to balance the contrast of dark walls against the light sofa. Pulled together beautifully with styled objets and gold wire side tables.
neil designSpacious, light filled, open living area with pitched roof, polished concrete flooring and VJ wall lining. Wall lights highlight the ceiling volume.
An oversize bespoke cast concrete bench seat provides seating and display against the wall.
Natural breezes through the louvre windows are supplemented by the large black ceiling fan.
Betty Wasserman Art & InteriorsA stylish loft in Greenwich Village we designed for a lovely young family. Adorned with artwork and unique woodwork, we gave this home a modern warmth.
With tailored Holly Hunt and Dennis Miller furnishings, unique Bocci and Ralph Pucci lighting, and beautiful custom pieces, the result was a warm, textured, and sophisticated interior.
Other features include a unique black fireplace surround, custom wood block room dividers, and a stunning Joel Perlman sculpture.
Project completed by New York interior design firm Betty Wasserman Art & Interiors, which serves New York City, as well as across the tri-state area and in The Hamptons.

Maurine Bellier - Architecte d’intérieurPour ce projet la conception à été totale, les combles de cet immeuble des années 60 n'avaient jamais été habités. Nous avons pu y implanter deux spacieux appartements de type 2 en y optimisant l'agencement des pièces mansardés.
Tout le potentiel et le charme de cet espace à été révélé grâce aux poutres de la charpente, laissées apparentes après avoir été soigneusement rénovées.
