Ada CatapanoIl giallo illumina la grande volta a padiglione del living. La copertura è enfatizzata dalla scelta di colore e luci: il colore parte dall’imposta della volta e ne definisce il bordo e le lampade angolari, realizzate in opera, la illuminano dal basso. Il giallo è ricorrente nella colorazione dei palazzi del centro storico e contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera calda e rilassante in un ambiente poco illuminato dalla luce naturale. Nel passaggio dal living alla cucina il parquet prosegue continuo e longitudinale fino a trovare il suo punto focale nel grande balcone e nell’esterno.

Golden Fish Interiors llcThis custom made fireplace mantel frames the original exposed brick . The deep ledge is a perfect spot for accessories and plants. Above the mantel is a large mirror with an antique gilt finish.
Wood Kitchen and BathThis design captures an elegant country/craftsman using soft pastel yellows and green paints with Natural materials like wood floors and stacked stone wall face. And the clients furniture works perfect with look and colors a great final project.
Ann McCulloch Shop & StudioCustom built-ins includes lots of storage and a bench seat with an open window that looks into a kitchen. The bookshelf valance was custom designed to fit the Eduardian athestic of the house.

Hanson CarlenWhen considering the design of the new room, the couple and Hanson Carlen architect Ryan Ruffcorn agreed that the room needed to serve the piano, a Yamaha-cf3s concert grand that previously had been used only
when world-class musicians came to Spokane on tour.
“The concert grand piano had to be the focus, so the room really wanted to reinforce the quality and craftsmanship of the instrument ,” Ruffcorn says. “As I started to design this, the proportions— width by length by height—of the room was the driver for the volume of the space.”
The 900-square-foot rectangular room juts out from the southern end of the house and features 15-foot-high ceilings with about 25 windows that let in vast amounts of natural light .
The room has humidity and temperature control and an air-filtration system to minimize dust . To enhance the acoustics, the room has a 1-inch-thick walnut floor rather than carpet , and the ceiling iscurved where the walls meet

-The outdated stone fireplace was torn out and the entire wall was reframed to accommodate a “wall of windows” (by Marvin) above a newer low profile gas Lenox fireplace.
-Additional headers were needed for the family room wall where the large space of windows now resides.
-The large opening/steps down to the family-room were removed. Two half walls were constructed and a smaller opening with steps down to the family room. A custom banquette was built on the kitchen side of these walls.
-An interior window between the family room and laundry room was built to carry light into the laundry room.
- A palette of 5 colors was used throughout the home to create a peaceful and tranquil feeling.
Elaine Morrison InteriorsCustom wrought iron railings are a main feature when you enter the residence from the front door which looks into the Family Room. A custom leather sofa is part of the leather chair seating arrangements in this cozy family room.

Distinctive InteriorsWe started with a neutral fabric for the Clifton Sectional by Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams. We then added geometric patterns in the throw pillows and accessories for a playful look.
