Pinnacle Design & RemodelingTschida Construction alongside Pro Design Custom Cabinetry helped bring an unfinished basement to life.
The clients love the design aesthetic of California Coastal and wanted to integrate it into their basement design.
We worked closely with them and created some really beautiful elements like the concrete fireplace with custom stained rifted white oak floating shelves, hidden bookcase door that leads to a secret game room, and faux rifted white oak beams.
The bar area was another feature area to have some stunning, yet subtle features like a waterfall peninsula detail and artisan tiled backsplash.
The light floors and walls brighten the space and also add to the coastal feel.
Delaney's DesignLarge game room with golf simulator room (behind sliding doors). Large enough for seating, shuffleboard and pool tables. Everything you need within arm's reach at the bar - cooler, suspended bar, icemaker and sink!
Interior Changes home design & consultingThe wet bar on the main level is perfectly placed between the family room, living room, entry hall and dining room. It ends up being a relaxing place to work in the late afternoon, or have a beverage any time of the day. It is tucked into space neatly and feels like the place to land. The quartzite top was carried up the back wall to create harmony and beauty~ and the wash of color plays well with the stone wall in the entry too.
CCdesign PartnershipsBeautiful basement addition! A home bar with grey painted shaker style cabinets, white quartz countertops complemented by light wood floating shelves. The split face travertine, highlighted with wall and under cabinet lighting, adds texture and interest. What was once an under utilized area in the basement is transformed into a hub!

UserWhat once was a 1980's time capsule, is now beautiful lakefront living with a glam vibe. A complete renovation including the kitchen, all three bathrooms and adding a custom bar room. However, we didn't stop there! Custom designed interiors throughout the entire home, makes this residence a comfortable and chic place to live.
Finding inspiration from their lake view, we incorporated that element throughout the home. A tasteful white and blue palette mixed with metals and lovely textures. Bold geometrics paired subtle feminine curves, all while keeping durability and everyday living in mind.
