Paradise Tiny Homes LLCI love working with clients that have ideas that I have been waiting to bring to life. All of the owner requests were things I had been wanting to try in an Oasis model. The table and seating area in the circle window bump out that normally had a bar spanning the window; the round tub with the rounded tiled wall instead of a typical angled corner shower; an extended loft making a big semi circle window possible that follows the already curved roof. These were all ideas that I just loved and was happy to figure out. I love how different each unit can turn out to fit someones personality.
The Oasis model is known for its giant round window and shower bump-out as well as 3 roof sections (one of which is curved). The Oasis is built on an 8x24' trailer. We build these tiny homes on the Big Island of Hawaii and ship them throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Black shaker cabinets lend a sleek, modern feel, while a custom range hood stands out as a unique centerpiece. Open shelving adds character and showcases decorative items against a backdrop of a vaulted wood-lined ceiling, infusing warmth. The island, with seating for four, serves as a social hub and practical workspace. A discreet walk-in pantry offers ample storage, keeping the kitchen organized and pristine. This space seamlessly combines style and functionality, making it the heart of the home.

Paxton Place DesignThis galley kitchen is a perfect mix of colors, metals, and materials. The walls are tiled in a white subway tile, while the floor is covered in a dark brown rug. The base cabinets are painted a dark forest green color to contrast the upper wall cabinets that are painted white to match the floor-to-ceiling wall tiles. Mixing metals is a great way to add interest and depth - gold pulls on the cabinet doors and stainless steel on the appliances. The ship-lapped ceiling is another great way to add visual and textural interest.

The large workstation sink along the window boasts a beautiful view while prepping food or washing up after an evening of entertaining. Angie Keyes CKBDThis condo we addressed the layout and making changes to the layout. By opening up the kitchen and turning the space into a great room. With the dining/bar, lanai, and family adding to the space giving it a open and spacious feeling. Then we addressed the hall with its too many doors. Changing the location of the guest bedroom door to accommodate a better furniture layout. The bathrooms we started from scratch The new look is perfectly suited for the clients and their entertaining lifestyle.
