PlaidFox Studio
This living room is a great example of how you can take colourful risks with a sofa and it can still serve as a neutral. This orange-y brown sofa is deep, low profile sofa and we paired it with a mixed green rug and minimal decor. We installed arched doorways and entrances to add architectural interest to the modern, minimalist space.

To create two intimate spaces in the open plan lounge, a dividing wall with an integrated fireplace was requested by the homeowners during construction.

This 1960s home was in original condition and badly in need of some functional and cosmetic updates. We opened up the great room into an open concept space, converted the half bathroom downstairs into a full bath, and updated finishes all throughout with finishes that felt period-appropriate and reflective of the owner's Asian heritage.
