View from the main reception room out across the double-height dining space to the rear garden beyond. The new staircase linking to the lower ground floor level is striking in its detailing with conceal LED lighting and polished plaster walling.

An open and minimal space—perfect for family life, where the kids can pull out their toys and stay connected to the kitchen. By evening, it transforms into a cosy retreat for music and relaxation. A bespoke wall unit houses the owners’ extensive vinyl collection.
The deep plywood window seat invites you to pause and take in the view, with built-in drawers providing smart storage for toys and everyday clutter. A natural material palette, accented with pops of colour, keeps the space warm and inviting, while slatted panels enhance acoustic comfort in this open-plan setting.

This is not just a renovation; it’s a revival of character, guided by taste, craftsmanship, and the timeless rhythm of Belgravia itself.

Tailored finishes in every room—bronzed hardware, silk wallcoverings, and handmade cabinetry

This stunning double reception room had been previously renovated in the 90's. The client has a real passion for midcentury furniture, lighting and art, and together we sourced items and reframed art to showcase everything beautifully.
Sadly some of the stunning original plaster work was damaged, but we found a local company that copied it perfectly.
We also added these floor to cornice shelves to house the client client's large collection of books.
