This sympathetic renovation of a Grade-II townhouse and garden on the eastern outskirts of Bath is a true reflection of the owners’ personal style. The result, a home that acted as a backdrop to the art and decorative pieces the owners had collected together, which would also act as a canvas they could continue to add to over time.

The primary bedroom was a large room and had a bay window as well as door opening onto a small balcony, so we added warmth to the walls which were painted in Little Greene Slaked Lime with bespoke curtains & privacy with semi sheer panels on the windows. A large brass pendant & a wooden four poster bed added drama to the space, a marble fire surround added character & the oak herringbone parquet flooring made it easy to look after.

Hints of pink add femininity to the neutral palette within our master bedroom design, the abundant rose floral displays softening the duo of handsome console tables.

Design, manufacture and installation for a traditional wardrobe based on a freestanding Victorian Linen Press. The piece had to fit into a shallow alcove and replace an existing three door wardrobe. Our version has four large drawers two shallow drawers, three pull out deep shelves, floating shelves, a clothes rail and high parcel shelf. The doors and drawer fronts are panelled with extra mouldings to create a much more high end aesthetic. The base and sides are scribed to the floor. The decorative cornice finishes just under the picture rail. All finished in farrow & Ball Lamp shade grey.
