Cabinet-S-TopIn this kitchen we installed Waypoint Living Spaces 660R Door Style Maple, Painted Hazelnut on the perimeter and 660R Door Style in Cherry Stained Java for the Island. On the countertop is Cambria Buckingham 3cm quartz with Summit edge. The backsplash is 12 x 12 Butternut Emperor Random Mosaic tile. The kitchen cabinets were repurposed and installed in the laundry room.
Vision InteriorsThe best of the past and present meet in this distinguished design. Custom craftsmanship and distinctive detailing give this lakefront residence its vintage flavor while an open and light-filled floor plan clearly mark it as contemporary. With its interesting shingled roof lines, abundant windows with decorative brackets and welcoming porch, the exterior takes in surrounding views while the interior meets and exceeds contemporary expectations of ease and comfort. The main level features almost 3,000 square feet of open living, from the charming entry with multiple window seats and built-in benches to the central 15 by 22-foot kitchen, 22 by 18-foot living room with fireplace and adjacent dining and a relaxing, almost 300-square-foot screened-in porch. Nearby is a private sitting room and a 14 by 15-foot master bedroom with built-ins and a spa-style double-sink bath with a beautiful barrel-vaulted ceiling. G&M Craftsman CabinetsWhen the collaboration between client, builder and cabinet maker comes together perfectly the end result is one we are all very proud of. The clients had many ideas which evolved as the project was taking shape and as the budget changed. Through hours of planning and preparation the end result was to achieve the level of design and finishes that the client, builder and cabinet expect without making sacrifices or going over budget. Soft Matt finishes, solid timber, stone, brass tones, porcelain, feature bathroom fixtures and high end appliances all come together to create a warm, homely and sophisticated finish. The idea was to create spaces that you can relax in, work from, entertain in and most importantly raise your young family in. This project was fantastic to work on and the result shows that why would you ever want to leave home?
South Bay Design CenterThis traditional kitchen with French flair features Medallion Cabinetry, creamy off-white paint with a rich glazed mocha finish. The detailed woodwork on the crown moldings and corbels accents evoke a cozy French style. Solid maple drawer boxes and Pull outs filled with the best of the best organizational accessories available. Walk in pantry, natural granite countertops, and porcelain on the floors. A charming decorative hood and oil rubbed bronzed hardware to add Elegance and Style.
HomeSource BuildersThis was the second home we built for this retired couple. Downsizing with warm, contemporary sizzle, this 1,700 sq. ft. single-story features a spacious main living area, with direct access to the screened porch. Master on one end, guest room on the other. The brick-look kitchen backsplash wall is actually porcelain tile. High-efficiency, wood-burning fireplace heats the entire home. Glass panel doors add a flair. LED lighting throughout. The owners are thrilled with the realistic hardwood look and feel of the LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring in all areas. Featured in the Asheville Parade of Homes.
KAS Interior DesignThis large kitchen island has room for six people to sit. The lower counter includes a Galley sink system and quartz counters that waterfall to the floor. The upper counter is slab porcelain that has a floating look. Pantries and wine shelving lead to dining room.
