Building TargetA 600sqft, two-storey rear addition on a 1938 home in central Kitchener features a maintenance-free, all deck backyard, modern glass railings, bi-folding doors, and vertical black aluminium siding.

San Juan and Signature Door for this beautiful beachfront home just off Scenic Highway 30-A in Northwest Florida. Our team also created and supplied baseboards and white oak beam materials for the interior.
This home was sold in late 2020 by Rosemary Beach Realty as the highest sale ever on 30-A, at $15.95 million. Jonathan Clark and Ashlee Mitchell of the Clark & Mitchell Group, together with Broker Amanda Hampel, brokered the sale of this off-market property in less than 60 days.

Joanne Dolan DesignThis unique project involved furnishing a 700 square foot terrace in the east end of the city (and getting our hands dirty with lots of plants!). Taking advantage of this private oasis in the city was our client’s number one goal. Using high quality outdoor furnishings meant to stand the test of time (and Canadian winters!) we created separate dining and living areas to maximize entertaining space and added a significant amount of storage. A neutral palette of grey and blue lets the surrounding greenery and city views take centre stage. Planters in a variety of shapes and sizes will allow the client to experiment with different plants and flowers each year, moving them around the terrace as the light changes from Spring to Fall.

Every aspect of the layout was thoughtfully rearranged to maximize functionality and create a seamless flow between the rooms. The result? A harmonious blend of classic and contemporary design, reflecting the spirit of the past while embracing the comforts of today.

We zijn verheugd om ons nieuwste project in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid te onthullen - een tijdloze schat, oorspronkelijk ontworpen in 1890 door de beroemde architect Jacob Klinkhamer. We omarmen de rijke geschiedenis van dit vooraanstaande huis en hebben het omgetoverd tot een gastvrije en eigentijdse woning, zorgvuldig afgestemd op de behoeften van zijn nieuwe gezin.
Met behoud van het erfgoed en de schoonheid van de straatgevel, die de status van beschermd gemeentelijk monument heeft, hebben we ervoor gezorgd dat er slechts kleine aanpassingen werden doorgevoerd om de historische charme te behouden. Achter de elegante buitenkant wachtte echter een uitgebreide renovatie van het interieur en een structurele revisie.
Van het verdiepen van de keldervloer tot het introduceren van een liftschacht, we hebben geen middel onbeproefd gelaten bij het opnieuw vormgeven van deze ruimte voor het moderne leven. Elk aspect van de indeling is zorgvuldig herschikt om de functionaliteit te maximaliseren en een naadloze stroom tussen de kamers te creëren. Het resultaat? The Bazeley PartnershipThis replacement dwelling at Tregoose, Polzeath is a two-storey, detached, four bedroom house with open plan reception space on the ground floor and bedrooms on the lower level.
Sympathetic to its context and neighbouring buildings, the split-level accommodation has been designed to maximise stunning coastal and ocean views from the property. The living and dining areas on the ground floor benefit from a large, full-height gable window and a glazed balcony oriented to take advantage of the views whilst still maintaining privacy for neighbouring properties.
The house features engineered oak flooring and a bespoke oak staircase with glazed balustrades. Skylights ensure the house is extremely well lit and roof-mounted solar panels produce hot water, with an airsource heat pump connected to underfloor heating.
Close proximity to the popular surfing beach at Polzeath is reflected in the outdoor shower and large, copper-tiled wet room with giant walk-in shower and bespoke wetsuit drying rack.

Citywide Sundecks & RailingsTucked away in the woods outsideVancouver is a family’s hidden gem of a property. Needing a refresh on their carport the owners reached out to Citywide Sundecks.
Our crew started by removing the existing surface and railings and prepping the deck for new coverings. When the preparation was complete, we installed new a nice new Duradek Vinyl surface. Completing the deck are side mount custom aluminum railings with glass panels wrapping the three outer edges.
Pure Vista LTDSt. Enodoc golf club is famous for its panoramic views, perfect lawns and luxury days out.
In between the Cornish rain showers this team of Camel Glass installers managed to install the MEGAgrip frameless glass balustrade to the newly refurbished roof terrace at St Enodoc golf club. A strong glass outdoor safety barrier providing shelter from the wind to people outdoors enjoying the view of the sea and watching the golf.
The customers wanted a commercial grade frameless glass balustrade with no handrails, instead of the traditional style of galvanized railing. MEGAgrip was used in this situation due to its force loading capability and ability to hold Centryglas ensuring it’s safe to use at this height and location.
This MEGAgrip safety screen posed some challenges for Andrew, John and John, the installers, the heavy glass needed to be taken high in the air to reach the scaffolding platform. Using a telehandler they managed, to lift the glass safely into position. However, there was another challenge waiting, the initial installation of steel was slightly misshapen, meaning the original fitters had to return to rectify the problem and therefore delayed the glass balustrade completion.
Even so, the MEGAgrip installation was completed successfully and fulfilled the customer brief. Now, the balcony is a very enjoyable spot to sit and watch the golfers on the course.

Интерьер квартиры дизайнеров Ярослава и Елены Алдошиных реализовывался ровно 9 месяцев. Пространство проектировалось для двух человек, которые ведут активный образ жизни, находятся в постоянном творческом поиске, любят путешествия и принимать гостей. А еще дизайнеры большое количество времени работают дома, создавая свои проекты.
Основная задача - создать современное, эстетичное, креативное пространство, которое вдохновляет на творческие поиски. За основу выбраны яркие смелые цветовые и фактурные сочетания.
Изначально дизайнеры искали жилье с нестандартными исходными данными и их выбор пал на квартиру площадью 110 м2 с антресолью - «вторым уровнем» и террасой, расположенную на последнем этаже дома.
Планировка изначально была удачной и подверглась минимальным изменениям, таким как перенос дверных проемов и незначительным корректировкам по стенам.
Основным плюсом исходной планировки была кухня-гостиная с высоким скошенным потолком, высотой пять метров в самой высокой точке. Так же из этой зоны имеется выход на террасу с видом на город. Окна помещения и сама терраса выходят на западную сторону, что позволяет практически каждый день наблюдать прекрасные закаты. В зоне гостиной мы отвели место для дровяного камина и вывели все нужные коммуникации, соблюдая все правила для согласования установки, это возможно благодаря тому, что квартира располагается на последнем этаже дома.
Особое помещение квартиры - антресоль - светлое пространство с большим количеством окон и хорошим видом на город. Так же в квартире имеется спальня площадью 20 м2 и миниатюрная ванная комната миниатюрных размеров 5 м2, но с высоким потолком 4 метра.
Пространство под лестницей мы преобразовали в масштабную систему хранения в которой предусмотрено хранение одежды, стиральная и сушильная машина, кладовая, место для робота-пылесоса. Дизайн кухонной мебели полностью спроектирован нами, он состоит из высоких пеналов с одной стороны и длинной рабочей зоной без верхних фасадов, только над варочной поверхностью спроектирован шкаф-вытяжка.
Зону отдыха в гостиной мы собрали вокруг антикварного Французского камина, привезенного из Голландии. Одним из важных решений была установка прозрачной перегородки во всю стену между гостиной и террасой, это позволило визуально продлить пространство гостиной на открытую террасу и наоборот впустить озеленение террасы в пространство гостиной.
Местами мы оставили открытой грубую кирпичную кладку, выкрасив ее матовой краской. Спальня общей площадью 20 кв.м имеет скошенный потолок так же, как и кухня-гостиная, где вместили все необходимое: кровать, два шкафа для хранения вещей, туалетный столик.
На втором этаже располагается кабинет со всем необходимым дизайнеру, а так же большая гардеробная комната.
В ванной комнате мы установили отдельностоящую ванну, а так же спроектировали специальную конструкцию кронштейнов шторок для удобства пользования душем. По периметру ванной над керамической плиткой использовали обои, которые мы впоследствии покрыли матовым лаком, не изменившим их по цвету, но защищающим от капель воды и пара.
Для нас было очень важно наполнить интерьер предметами искусства, для этого мы выбрали работы Сергея Яшина, которые очень близки нам по духу.
В качестве основного оттенка был выбран глубокий синий оттенок в который мы выкрасили не только стены, но и потолок. Палитра была выбрана не случайно, на передний план выходят оттенки пыльно-розового и лососевого цвета, а пространства за ними и над ними окутывает глубокий синий, который будто растворяет, погружая в тени стены вокруг и визуально стирает границы помещений, особенно в вечернее время. На этом же цветовом эффекте построен интерьер спальни и кабинета.
