Harleen McLean Ricardo is passionate about sustainable forestry. He specialises in renewable energy using natural systems in nature and we have created an environment that reflects this within his home. In this project we chose paintings that express fluidity and fengshui to embrace the wind and water elements of nature. To purify the air, we created a moss wall and the lush grass carpet generates the comforting sense of forest bathing. The splashback evokes the peaceful experience of walking in the forest amongst a sea of bluebells generating a sense of spring and new beginings. The bathroom is inspired by the vast, lush Amazon Rainforest and it's natural biodiversity. With the artwork here, we created an alluring tranquil space, incorporating natural raw materials and spiritual artefacts, brining a sense of calm and rejuvenation.
Nancy Schnur of Universal Interiors, LLCWe rebuilt the back section of the home to bring it up to local codes and change out the windows to new double paned vinyl. The design stayed the same but now there is a covered lanai off the family room, new flooring and very comfortable custom ordered furniture
Rancho Santa Fe CraftsmanCompact living room maximizes function with built-in storage and media cabinetry. The massive 10' lift and slide door allow for maximum natural light and open completely to let the outside in.
Espace de Vie DesignSuite à un dégât des eaux, le parquet a été complètement remplacé. Ce fût l'occasion aussi de choisir une nouvelle configuration des meubles, objets, cadres et luminaires pour sublimer ce grand salon . Enfin le choix de peindre un mur rond en terracotta et le côté des étagères en bleu de Prusse permet de souligner avec chic les objets et livres de voyages de ce grand salon
