Broderick Home Staging
These bookcases are in a home I staged to sell. They were originally completely filled with books and framed photos. I was not allowed to paint the walls or shelves and had to leave some books and computer items on the shelves. I used numerous antique decorative items from my inventory to tie in with my clients interests/hobbies and the eclectic design of the home. The photos are old black and whites I felt were generic enough to be used in staging. Feed back from realtors showing the home was that buyers were intrigued by the display and the bookcases were a memorable selling feature for the home which sold 3 weeks after going on the market.
