Cold Coast Condo Highrise Bathrooms
These 2 small bathrooms in a Gold Coast Highrise (38th floor) were remodeled based on the clients request for a 5 star Hotel experience. His bathroom includes a steam shower with Teak bench and a custom Teak vanity angled to create the perception of more space in the small room. The sink is a Duravit Bacino vessel sink with a Grohe Allure wall mounted lavatory faucet. The shower also has the Grohe Allure line of a 8”rain shower and a hand shower. The accessories iin both bathrooms are all Dornbracht, and the steam unit is a Mr. Steam.
Her bath includes a Bain Ultra Origami soaker tub with a Hansgrohe Stark X tub filler and hand spray. The lavatory faucet is also a beautiful Hansgrohe Stark X “waterfall” faucet. The walls were mirrored above the gray porcelain tile from Ann Sacks Tile to create the illusion of more space. Both toilets in both bathrooms are Toto Supremes.
