Countryside Model Home
The objective in designing this model home was to create a tailored and elegant countryside model that would stand out among the competition in the gated community. A beautiful shade of blue/grey paint from the Sherwin Williams 2020 fall collection inspired the contemporary color pallet. While staying within budget Sarah drew up renders and construction documents for every detail of the interior and exterior selections. Her ability to quickly answer questions and provide options for the builder allowed for a smooth and easy construction process. This model home was completed on schedule and has quickly became one of their more popular homes.
