Double Vanity Hall Bathroom

Before, laminate countertops made this bathroom feel dated and dark. Blue tile flooring and toilet, although unique, didn’t lend to our homeowners style. We demo’d this bathroom down to studs to properly fire-block, air-seal, and insulate, then installed new drywall and durock. The paint on these new walls is Benjamin Moore, Aura Bath and Spa, in the color Bashful Blue (2065-70). The new countertops are recycled quartz from Cambria, offering many similar features as traditional granite, but is actually stronger. It is also nonporous, perfect for anyone worried about germs in a bathroom. The new cabinetry is from Bertch Bath; door style “Kensington”. The furniture-style feet on the cabinetry give this bathroom personality. The new shower is now much more open and functional. A small built-in niche allows storage for soaps and shampoo to be stored. New fixtures in the shower include a bathtub faucet, handheld shower, and traditional shower head. The Kohler Archer bathtub takes up minimal space, but boasts plenty of room for soaking. This larger hall bathroom would make any guest want to extend their visit.
