This shimmering ceramic tile shines like glass.
The challenge in this shower was to find a way to make the floor in the entire bathroom one level. We dropped the joists in this area to avoid a curb along the outside edge of the shower. There is a trough-like drain on the right hand side. The floor slopes slightly to one side toward the drain. This enabled us to use a 12" x 24" floor tile in this shower. Normally a mosaic tile is required in order to gain the fine slope necessary for drainage.
This bathroom is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice.
The stacked rectangular tile carries the clean, long lines from one room to another.
