Fisher's Island House
Size: 7,200 SF renovation, 350 SF addition
The house at Fishers Island was completed renovated and restored to include a new heating and cooling system, spray foam insulation, cedar roof and siding, hurricane rated windows and doors, state of the art kitchen, and mudroom addition with laundry and a lavatory. The interior received all new finishes, custom wood trim, plumbing and electrical fixtures that were carefully selected and designed to replicate the original construction. The project was completed in two phases so the family could enjoy their home during the summer months.
