Gray Sky Mural on Canvas with Gold Leaf Accents by Visionary Mural Co
I painted this gray and yellow mural on canvas for installation in a powder room in the Art & Design Showhouse in Marietta GA with designer Yvonne Portwood. I used the gray and yellow colors from the powder room walls and adjoining library walls to create the sky mural. I love the contemporary feeling of this room. So many rooms are gray right now but Yvonne really punched it up with the beautiful accent pieces. We added the gold leaf birds to coordinate with the framed pieces I made which feature gold leaf accents on top of antique bird lithograph prints.
