House by the Bay
A home gets a lot of wear when it sits beside the bay. This home had reached its time to be rejuvenated. Materials to weather the storms were chosen: Andersen Casement Awning windows and door and Alcoa siding (now Mastic) and trim. Windows in the third floor dormers were replaced and new siding to match the existing installed. The second floor sliding door, two bedroom windows and the deck railing were replaced.
