Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu Exterior
In the heart of Honolulu, close to Waikiki Beach, a new 64-unit, 17-story residential tower is planned. The design is at once playful and sophisticated, with varied sculptural terraces at each floor. An algorithmically designed brise soleil screens the five floors of parking. A roof-top pool and cabanas crown the project. The building is set back into lush vegetation along the canal. Breath-taking views to the Pacific and Diamond Head are seen from the sinuous white-railed sweep of each unit's unique lanai.
