Los Altos Hills Private Winery
Built with green materials and sustainable methods, much like their organically grown grapes, this 2,400 sq. ft. winery steps down the hillside and lords over 6 acres of vineyards, evoking the hillsides of Tuscany. Reclaimed lumber beamed ceilings, integral color earth plaster, bamboo floors, natural light and ventilation, and numerous other green building features help make sure the wine is not tainted by chemical out-gassing. A large processing garage, wine making lab, tasting room, underground "cave", and spectacular views make this a fully functioning and beautiful private winery in a bucolic hillside setting.
