Modern Grey Gloss Kitchen in Kidderminster
This beautiful light grey kitchen in Kidderminster was designed to create a more functional space with ample storage. Our client wanted to remove the existing builder's kitchen and replace it with something more stylish and practical.
Designing a modern light grey gloss kitchen was just what this home needed, but there were two challenges that we had to tackle: the existing floor tiles and creating additional storage.
To ensure that our design would complement the floor tiles, we chose Hacker Classic Laser cabinets in Taupe for the cabinetry. We also boxed in the wall units for an extra sleek look. We selected Silestone 20mm worktops in light grey, which matches the cabinets and gives continuity throughout the room.
We also added some design elements that make this kitchen perfect for everyday family activities and entertaining friends. The peninsula's dining area features a thicker dark grey worksurface for extra contrast and visual interest. Additionally, we created a ceiling bulkhead with colour-changing LED lights and replaced the standard radiator with a vertical designer radiator.
Finally, we installed Siemens ovens, fridge, and dishwasher, Quooker boiling water taps, a Miro extractor, and Blanco sinks—all high-end appliances that will stand up to everyday use without sacrificing style.
