Ultra Roasted Oak is a engineered floor type which comes unfinished and presanded to 150#, enabling you to stain and/or coat your floor as desired. This flooring has a wear layer of genuine European Oak in a natural feature grade which means the boards contains knots, which will add a feeling of character to your room. This flooring has been roasted to achieve a dark brown color - The roasting process has been done on the entire wear layer (it is not just a coating) which means if at some point in the future you choose to sand your floor back you will not lose the beautiful roasted effect. This flooring is very popular at the moment and creates a real designer statement.
