for buffet tables, in bathrooms etc you can use a few white chrysanthemums mixed with some acer/ maple leaves to keep a general theme going. Start with a ring of leaves round the outside of a glass them fill on the centre with the flowers. Keep the whole thing low so it doesn't get knocked. easy to do and takes minutes.
