Formerly a one-and-a-half story summer bungalow, this project presented the challenge of utilizing the existing footprint while doubling its vertical size, increasing the total square footage to 5,600. The top floor includes a vaulted ceilinged family room with sweeping views out to the Atlantic as well as a home office and a third bedroom.
