Yoga Studio
This beautifully well appointed studio has cool air circulating, keeping the oxygen levels high. It also has soft lighting in a variety of colors and an exceptional sound system for a great workout. Included are the Heatstrip heaters installed on the ceiling for their radiant heat. Warming the people below.
The heaters keep the room between 90 to 95*F (30 to 40*C ideally at 37*C). Unlike other radiant heaters, Heatstrip doesn’t glow meaning that there is no orange glow to distract from the ambience of the studio.
The heaters are also recessed into the ceiling for a minimal clean look.
Hot yoga, with its many variations, is an incredible form of exercise. It helps to detoxify the body, relaxes the mind, improves concentration, and gives you a great cardio workout.
In addition it adds to your flexibility and core strength and you’ll feel better after the work out.
