Nodopía, Arquitectura y DiseñoEntrada a la vivienda. El eje de la propuesta para la nueva distribución se basa en ampliar al máximo la espacialidad y luminosidad de la vivienda. Para ello, se ha trabajado especialmente la ampliación de los límites visuales del espacio creando una doble fuga. Por una parte, se genera una doble altura en el salón y, por otra, se libera la vista hacia el patio dotando a la vivienda de amplitud espacial y desdibujando el límite entre el interior y el exterior. Esta línea se diluye gracias a la carpintería de cuatro hojas plegables que permite abrir completamente el espacio interior hacia el patio, convirtiendo la zona de comedor y cocina en un porche al aire libre.

Our clients wanted a space where they could relax, play music and read. The room is compact and as professors, our clients enjoy to read. The challenge was to accommodate over 800 books, records and music. The space had not been touched since the 70’s with raw wood and bent shelves, the outcome of our renovation was a light, usable and comfortable space. Burnt oranges, blues, pinks and reds to bring is depth and warmth. Bespoke joinery was designed to accommodate new heating, security systems, tv and record players as well as all the books. Our clients are returning clients and are over the moon!
Poppy Wilcox DesignA garage conversion into a living room space. Our client requested a tranquil space filled with greens, and natural elements they could enjoy. The specification included storage, soft lighting, and the design had to include the client's original sofa and flooring. We created a lived in space, accentuating the walls with panelling and and overall scheme that didn't feel to "done". We limited the amount of soft furnishing, instead opting for floor to ceiling curtains and an area rug. Personal touches were key to this scheme, for this we incorporated the client's desired artwork.
Nordic Living by BiehlSpace Copenhagen designed Swoon to fill the gap between a conventional lounge chair and a typical armchair – for use in lounge areas as well as private homes. The organic, yet structured design holds the seated body and provides an instant feeling of relaxation while offering excellent back support.

Justin Loe ArchitectsThe loft space upstairs of the study has been turned into a semi man cave with a skylight that allows access to a roof top terrace.
James Armitage ArchitectsThis garden room replaces an existing conservatory. Unlike the conservatory, the new extension can be used all year round - it is both light and well insulated - and does not suffer from noise when it rains. A glazed lantern (or cupola) allows light to reach the existing dining room (to which the garden room connects) and upon opening the automated windows, quickly removes unwanted warm air. Windows on three sides provide views of the terraced garden beyond. The building is formed with a Somerset Blue Lias stone base, rendered masonry and a traditional lead rolled roof.
Lanigan Architects Pty LtdThe tranquil sitting room is pushed forward into the front courtyard garden – trees strategically planted so as to be framed in window openings bring the landscape within. Ground floor semi-independent living quarters have been designed into the plans to accommodate parents and visitors from afar without interrupting the everyday life of the busy young family who reside there.
