Outdoor space needs to flow with inside space and aesthetic of the house. Additions: Outdoor grill and kitchen and shower stall. Use of space: casual dining, space for entertaining. Needs more shade from Summer sun

Needs to be safe for kids 0-4 yo now and grow into the playground space for local children, provide entertaining venue for larger parties. Interface with both pool and marine aquatic recreation and neatly stow this gear when not in use.
