They took the time to explain to me and my husband what needed to be done and very often gave us helpful ideas. We went into the project with a strong idea of what we wanted. “LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. I would highly recommend her for any project!”

“"Coming in here is like being on holiday" - a comment by an infrequent visitor upon entering our superbly-renovated Cape Cod cottage, designed by Siemasko + Verbridge - our sentiments exactly! Siemasko + Verbridge pay great attention to detail and they listen and also sense just what we needed and would like. We enjoy open spaces, an abundance of sunlight, and wonderful colours, as well as touches that surprise and amuse. This is my favourite home of all time and we take pleasure in it every day and in all seasons. Working with Thad and Jean was a delight and great fun.”

He gave us ideas and guidance on design and materials, and also knew when to step back. He was easy to work with, and steered us toward a contractor and subs who did quality work on deadline and on budget. “I can't say enough about Eric. I have been a top producing Real Estate Broker in Boston and North Shore Communities for nearly a decade now. I have met countless people in the industry and most enter your brain and exit just as fast. From the minute I met Eric I new this would be one guy that I would never forgot. Eric is a true professional, but beyond that, being an architect is something that I feel he was born to do. He has such a fine eye for details and his visions are off the charts. I brought him in for a large renovation last Fall in Winchester, MA. The client I had just sold this house to already had an architect and had some preliminary drawings already prepared. However, she agreed to meet with Eric and after just one visit she was blown away with his ideas and creativity! I would recommend him whether you are building a home, adding to your existing home, or doing a renovation. I personally use him, and would not trust anyone else as you only have 1 chance to get it right!”
