“When we first approached Cynthia about our project, we had no idea how far she would take our concept. Transforming the exterior of a Georgian style house into a contemporary, Asian-themed one was challenging but Cynthia had the vision necessary to meet that challenge. Cynthia listened to our ideas and requirements and, taking into account our "wish list", created a brilliant design. When she initially presented us with her plan, we were pleasantly surprised, as it went well beyond our original vision. The front entry courtyard, in particular, was a stunning addition! We were very comfortable working with Cynthia who was always professional, approachable and receptive to our input throughout the process. She worked well with our contractor, helping to iron out difficulties as they arose and ensuring that the design was never compromised. We would recommend Cynthia without hesitation.”

“BOU Design and Build was a great company to work with. They finished renovations on our basement ceiling and bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and the work that was done. The workmanship was of the highest quality and the it was very easy to work with them. Communication, planning and budgeting were all excellent. The final cost of our project was on budget and very reasonable We are very happy with the finished work and highly recommend this company to you for your design and building needs.”
