We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations
They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council
They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them
We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

“We decided to award Home Architecture the design contract for a large rear extension we had planned for our 1930s house. The designed drawing by Mike had some design options that at the time we had not considered. With this open advice and forward thinking vision we approved modification for the final drawing sign off. Its now some eight years since we had the extension done and still very much appreciated the input we had from the architects. The rear extension in brief consisted of a approx 6m x 4m single story extension, with
tiled roof , velux windows and Bi-fold doors across the rear to open up onto hard wood decking. I would recommend Home Architecture if you are considering building works small or large.”

DHA reviewed, and saw potential with an imaginative, bold scheme (perhaps too bold for some). Their enthusiasm and imagination carried all before it, and now we are the proud owners of an exciting and remarkable space at the heart of the city.
Being new to renovations, we were heavily reliant on the team put together by DHA and I now believe our confidence in them was well placed. DHA was the fulcrum of the team, keeping a weather eye on progress, quality and costs. Above all their attention to detail proved the key to a quality result.
