“Daniel and I worked for the same client; I designed the garden on an extension and house house refurb that Daniel had designed. His work was very imaginative and he had a very different take on a typical Victorian house conversion. We had to work alongside each other during the build in order that the interior and exterior were cohesive and complemented each other. I found him to be very approachable and easy to work with. He was always flexible when necessary and would listen to other people's ideas on certain elements whilst still maintaining his design aesthetic.”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. The work on show and Bernard's approach to the shoot demonstrated his eye for design, his attention to detail, and his very pleasant and professional attitude. He has a background working on big-budget international projects, which is evident in his meticulous approach, but as someone to work with he remains down to earth, approachable and collaborative.”

“Our family is totally new in London. We bought an interesting 3 bed flat, above 20/F, besides River Thames on one side and overlooking a dock on the other side. The flat is quite new and ready for living in. We however want to have better use of the space while maintaining or even highlighting the character of the flat, we decide to look for an experienced designer from various internet referral platforms. I notice that there are a lot of highly qualified interior designers and architects available out there. After over one month of selection process, we finally decided with confidence to go with SB Studio. We choose See Beng not only because of his impressive portfolio in architectural work and interior design but more importantly is his eagerness and patience to learn our expectation. We have gone thru one month of work together. It is very fulfilled experience. See Beng listens to us patiently to learn the details of our need. In the meantime, he would always provide ideas that we never think of. I can say it is a very harmonious cooperation experience. We contract SB Studio for design and project management. We have expectations of work quality, time control and budget control. See Beng’s resourceful connection in the field provide us more alternatives in terms of style and price. In order to meet time lines, See Beng would work for us during weekends or holidays, when really required. My wife and I are so happy that we have chosen See Beng as our interior designer and project manager.”

“I was very happy with the service that Terrence provided. They offer a very affordable service and drawings were turned around very quickly. Our house is in a densely built area and there were a lot of neighbours to consider. Terrence successfully navigated a complicated planning process that had lots of objections and were friendly and professional throughout the process.”

“Studio Jayga Having met with a number of high end architects to do the plans for reconfiguring the ground floor of our house to create an open plan kitchen, garage conversion with utility room and downstairs cloakroom, we decided to go with Mahdi at Studio Jayga. From the very first meeting it was apparent to us that not only was he the best value for money but his eye for detail was second to none. Our project took a long time for completion (simply down to both my husband and I working), however Mahdi stayed with us for the duration- over a year! He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed to discuss ideas- there are many times when we FaceTimed so that he could look at the project and offer solutions to problems that we couldn’t have overcome ourselves. He also regularly made on-site visits to ensure everything was going to plan. He even provided ideas for our bathroom restructure which wasn’t included in the job. Architects usually do the plans, take the fee and that is where it stops. Studio Jayga provided so much more than that. Mahdi was with us throughout, sourcing builders, materials and giving design ideas. I am very fussy and the level of detail and design ideas provided by Mahdi was faultless. There’s a saying that “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”, but with Mahdi and Studio Jayga this was not the case. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough- in fact I have recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues. If you are looking for the highest standard of drawings and design ideas, coupled with professionalism and someone that understands what you want in a build you won’t regret choosing Studio Jayga.”
