“I can't recommend Richard highly enough. We purchased a large property built in 1836, it needed a lot of work. Richard was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly drew up plans for the entire house which is 3 floors and a cellar. He listened to what we wanted to change and made fantastic suggestions. He made the enquiries we needed to check planning issues with the council. He liaised with our builders on what we wanted. He organised structural engineers to visit, and specialist damp people to look at our cellar. He is always quick to respond and didn't mind when we changed our mind countless times. We are delighted with our beautiful family home. Richard's experience was invaluable and we have used him on a number of other projects relating to our business.”

I asked Crescent Architecture & Design to create an office in the garden to improve my space issues when working from home & include some additional space for my hobbies.
Very professional in their approach, listened to my requirements carefully and designed a really pleasant, light and spacious office which now gets used on a daily basis. Really love it; with great views of the garden. We have power for heating, LED lighting and home office equipment, plus a resilient high-speed wired data connection back to the house for optimum internet connectivity too (WiFi's just not good enough!).
I've seen some of their other projects at the larger end of the scale and all very impressive. If i ever take on a selfbuild in the future it'll be with Crescent Architecture & Design.”

“We needed more space, especially in the kitchen area but also wanted to keep a separate dining room. We had no idea how to make this work and left this brief with Ian to come up with a design. We had several meetings with him to discuss his proposals and the fact that he had made scale models to help us understand the new layout and how it would look on our 1930,s house helped tremendously. We now have a large modern kitchen with garden room which makes the most of a view . The modern design sits remarkably well with our older house. We get many "Wows" from visitors. The overall design has completely changed the way we use our house.”

“Gavin was great from start to end. He was friendly and professional, listened closely to what we wanted and changed things around as we changed our minds. He responded quickly to any queries and advised us on the legal side, planning and even suggested some builders - who were very good too. Throughout the process, Gavin was really helpful, even fighting our corner when the initial planning was refused, and coming to see the finished build when it was completed. Price-wise, he was very competitive as well. All in all, I could not recommend Awesome Proportions highly enough. A really helpful, friendly, professional service throughout the entire planning and building process.”
