“Stewart was an enthusiastic listener as we described the dream home we wanted to build on the waterfront land we had just acquired. We had a budget of $1 million. He provided guidance throughout the conceptualization process, he helped us with developing "wish lists" and "must have lists" and then helped us prioritize them within the established budget. He developed multiple scenarios and sketches from which we decided on the final look. A full set of plans reduced construction costs and more importantly we avoided the "gee I we wish we'd done that" in retrospective scenario. Thus, after many years the home continues to serve our purposes perfectly, it has stunning street appeal and is immenantly liveable. The project was completed on time in January 2005 and within budget. Stewart brings talent and professionalism with years of experience and education, plus training in all phases of building design and construction to each new project. From conceptualization and plans, through budgeting and construction up until delivery; you won't find a better project architect nor a better advocate for your project.”
