He came back to us with a house that fit on our tight rectangular lot with a huge oak tree and picky CCR rules, with a beautiful house that had every little detail we asked for! I jumped up & down and danced around the room. He did the impossible. He is just a nice person and listens. I might add I think he is brilliant.”

He was so easy to work with, responded quickly with any changes that were needed, and was very patient with us (as this was our first home building experience). When there were questions, issues, or design dilemmas, he would call in person, discuss issues at length, and work very hard to get our home designed in a way that was functional as well as beautiful. As the actual building process started, he came out to the site on multiple occasions to check on the progress of his designs. I would highly recommend C.M. “Mr Leon was very professional and demanded attention to all detail. We worked with him from drawings through completion of the home. He made sure everything we wanted was included in our plans. He then visited the job site regularly to make sure that the highest attention to detail was followed. He acted as a representative for us with the contractor and subs and handled all the issues. Having someone treat you as family while making sure you wishes were fulfilled was so important to us. I truly can't imagine building our home without him. We remain friends though we have been in the house three years.”
