“We hired O'Brien to help us design our dream home in the country. We met with him (On the build site 170 miles from his office) and described exactly what we wanted...shape, size, floor plan layout. When he came back to us the layout was almost exactly opposite of what we asked for and you know what??? THANK YOU!!! Anyone we worked with could have done exactly what we asked for but Dave knew what we really wanted by listening to us describe our vision of the house. He's been GREAT to work with on making sure that we are happy with the results. We've built four other houses previous to this one and I can tell you he knows not only how to draw plans but also the business. Great ideas on how to save $$$ also. He's the real deal for sure.”

“Purva Design Studio was amazing in the design and build-out of our office and showroom. It was a challenging project that required a full remodel and gut of the entire space. Her knowledge of both architecture and construction led us to work with her over some of the other design firms we had interviewed. We get many compliments from our customers, and have now referred her to many other companies and friends we know who had complex new builds and remodels. Additionally, after our office, the firm also did a large remodel for our house. Once again this was pretty complex, and their ability communicate with all the contractors and sub-contractors on our site helped save us a lot of money and time. Highly recommend!”

“I am a Custom Builder in the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex and have worked with Mike and his team on numerous projects. They have done various size and style projects for us and have excelled at all of them. Most residnential architecture in DFW is done by desingers and not architects. The fact that Mike is an Architect is HUGE. When they provide us with a set of plans, all the details are there. It makes our job easier and gives the client a better product. “We chose Eric to design a 430 sq foot game room, with walk-in 'pantry, built-ins etc in 2010. The kitchen wall was knocked down so the game-room and kitchen are open with a granite bar between them. Great work. He went from color pencil concept sketches, thru approval drawings and finals. The end result is very open and light, with a very large custom skylight providing natural light to the pool table by day. My wife loves the walk-in pnatry. Very personable and smart fellow. Not too expensive.”
