“We hired Sam at the beginning of 2009 to do a partial renovation of an old farm house in northern New South Wales. He was very professional and when any problems arose always had a solution which was helpful when we had not renovated before. There were complexities with moving walls and re-jigging ceiling roses etc but nothing was too much trouble. We all worked with an excellent building team and together made our renovation work both inside and outside with inground tanks and a swimming pool. A very positive experience.”

“From our very first contact with Wayne it was clear we had found the right person to help us achieve our goal of taking a property that many thought should have been knocked down to something that is not only beautiful but has maintained the original character of the Burleigh Heads area. Wayne was able to help us achieve all of the projects requirements which included renovating the existing apartments to a high standard and adding more space in the form of a 3 bedroom apartment to the existing building while still maintaining the beach house characteristics of the original building but in a modern form. Wayne was involved with all aspects of our project including initial design, selection, documentation, planning, building supervision and interior fit out. As with all projects challenges present along the way and none so much as when both a renovation and new build are tackled at once. At all times we were particularly impressed with Wayne's sensitivity to the current building and its location as well as his problem solving abilities and time taken to work through these with both ourselves and the builder. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A year on we are still impressed by what has been achieved as are many more who are now enjoying the property through Holiday rental. Thanks Wayne this could not have been achieved without your involvement and we hope it inspires others.”
