“I have been a residential custom home builder for 18 years and have worked with Artisans Design on 3 projects since 2008. I am very pleased with the quality of their CD's (Construction Documents) and design development capabilities. They are very responsive to my client input, yet always improve on those ideas through their experience on other projects. I think Artisans provides great value engineering and creativity. I also like their in-house relationship with structural and civil engineers. I highly recommend their services.”

“I worked with Jody in 2003 on a major renovation of my home. From beginning to end of the project, she helped me through the entire process. She worked very closely with the contractor and kept me informed throughout the process. I moved out of my house for six months during construction and she was always available when needed. The project was completed on time and turned even better than I expected. Once Jody got to know me, she realized that I didn't do well with having too many options provided to me, so she figured out what I wanted and liked and narrowed the choices down which made the entire process much easier for me. That was only one of the things she did that made a big difference in my project. I sold my house in 2012 to downsize to a condo. Jody is currently working for me in another renovation project.”

“AMD Architecture is amazing! They are creative and practical. The client gets a one of a kind design that fits their exact lifestyle. I haven't met anyone in the industry who can match the listening skills as well as translating the clients desires into reality. If you want customer service, a custom and unique design while being mindful of the environment, hands down, I'd hire AMD! They work off word of mouth only...if you don't believe this rating...being able to operate a successful business since 1997 by word of mouth alone, tells all. AMD Architecture was "GREEN" and ecofriendly WAY before it became popular to do so...they are LEED certified and leaders in environmentally friendly designs and material usage.”
