“I had the opportunity to work with Greg at the design stage of a project. He developed a great design, was thorough in the costing of the work and established good relationships with the subcontractors. The clients loved his concept, design and choice of materials he proposed. The project was for an investment property and the owners realized their design desires were inconsistent with their budget and went in a different direction. I had an excellent experience working with Greg and I know the owners of the real estate investment were pleased with his efforts. Greg was very professional, reliable, comprehensive and attentive to detail whether it was design related, financial or needs related. He listens well and proposes sound solutions.
