Matthew, the owner, is very knowledgeable about building requirements and advised us accordingly. He created a plan that is exactly what we wanted. We’re extremely pleased with his professionalism and fast turnaround. We are planning on using Glidden Drafting again when we build our house. Highly recommended!”

“I hired Bob Martignoni on the recommendation of my builder. I found him to be knowledgeable and efficient, as well as personable. I had searched the Houzz site to find examples of houses that I liked. He was able to design a house exactly as I conceived it. His work was timely and fair in cost. Any design changes were done promptly and strictly on an hourly basis. I have enjoyed working with him and would recommend him highly.”
