“Carolina, delivered a perfect service on a large home extension/renovation/refurbishment project. She made many very helpful suggestions as to structure and design which ultimately delivered a finished home which was even better than I had hoped for. She worked well with the builders and made sure that they fully understood what was required at every stage. She is very easy to talk to and work with. The design of the loft extension was greatly improved by her suggestion of having a vaulted ceiling in one of the bedrooms, and the skylight she designed in the rear extension is commented upon by many visitors to my home. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for an architect for their home.”

The guys have help obtained planning permission for 2 flats which got accepted first time with the council!!they did all the plans, made numerous changes for us and delivered our brief with some amazing ideas that we thought were not possible. “Dominic designed a beautiful kitchen extension for us which has made brilliant use of the space and which we continue to appreciate on a daily basis four years after the job was finished. He worked collaboratively with us on the design and provided very clear and detailed plans, as well as more artistic visuals so we could get a feel for how things would look. The latter really captured our imaginations and sustained us through the times when the back of the house was off in mid-winter! His artistic as well as architectural training meant that he really thought about the aesthetic details - and he respected our wishes in the few cases where we wanted to depart from his suggestions, including accommodating a table football. Dominic persuaded us to think about design options that wouldn't have occurred to us - like digging down to create more head room. This was expensive but we are glad we went for it. Dominic worked well with our own builders who commented on how well specified the tender documents were. We did have a problems with two sub-contractors sourced by Dominic but these were ultimately resolved.”

“we asked for the complete refurbishment and extension of our townhouse, including complete removal of ground floor walls and re-build to new layout and extension, new staircases, and amended front elevation.
Warren @ DDWH helped us re-design the house completely to our spec and showed us some new ideas in how to optimize what we needed. Improving concepts and ideas such as large master en-suite, new stairway and storage space. He and his team also helped with suggestions for fittings and finishes.
We had their help during construction too. Many issues and problems were solved or avoided by their suggestions and discussions with us and the builders.”

“My Estate Agency sold an unmodernised property to Rob for several £ms, who carried out an extensive refurbishment project involving significant planning gain of approximately 1,600 sq ft in a Listed Building. The result was a fantastic garden maisonette with superb reception space, five bedroom suites, a media room and steam room, staff accommodation and superb ambience throughout. When the work was complete, we sold the property for more than twice the amount it was bought for, reflecting the quality of the design and finish.”
