“Elma Gardner is a very talented designer and a fun person to work with. We originally contacted her to help us with the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry design and install for our new home. She offers all the design help needed to complete a project. First, she presented a couple of different layouts for us to consider. The designs were fantastic. Then she scheduled appointments for us to meet with her at several different showrooms including: lighting, plumbing, appliance, and tile showrooms. She listened to what we wanted and helped us make good choices. She was available to meet at the job site during construction. Elma runs a great business; she is very organized, efficient and accommodating. She gets things done on time and she is easy to contact by phone, email or in person. The cabinetry company that she works with makes high quality, beautiful cabinets.”

“Jason Bradley and the team at Monarch Design exceeded our expectations with our facility design project. I was referred to Jason after having a terrible experience with another architectural design firm, and Jason was able to come in and quickly get our things going in a positive direction. Jason was extremely responsive throughout the entire project and he was able to come up with some creative solutions to challenging areas that we came across throughout the design phase. He also played a key role helping us identify the right engineering and truss company to complete our project, while playing a critical role in coordinating the various pieces of work from all parties. We've work with different design firms on previous projects and I can honestly say that our experience with Monarch Design and with Jason in particular has been the best to date. As a general contractor working on both commercial and residential projects, I need a versatile architect with the ability to provide solutions to various problems in addition to providing creative design concepts. Raymond is also cost sensitive to my client's specific needs. Raymond never overcommits, and I know he will complete a job on time the day he signs his contract. I would recommend working with him and his team.”
