She was as qualified as any architect we interviewed and I was sold when one of the builders I interviewed said she corrected architect plans when we needed to get them approved by the town. Joe is creative, has a tremendous sense of style, and is at the same time steeped in the history and traditions of architecture yet has a strong sense of the modern conveniences and living flow for today's family and lifestyle. Joe recently concevied and designed a 5,000 sq ft Shingle Style home for me and my wife in Chatham, Cape Cod, and we could not be more happy with the result. Joe met every time deadline we threw at him (and a few were admittedly unreasonable deadlines), and he absolutely exceeded our expectations at each stage of the process. What we have now is a treasure of a home that will be cited for years to come as a quintissential Shingle Style home in the genre of the "Architecure of the American Summer." Joe is also a kind and patient man, who is as much concerned about listening to us, his clients, as creating a beautiful structure that will be pleasing for generations to come.
