Our neighborhood organization has an annual contest that awards prizes for the best designed home improvements, and Jeff's redesign was selected as the best for that year. She took the time to try to understand both our needs & limitations, as well as our schedule. Laura came up with not one, but two, well thought out conceptual designs for our project. She was helpful in suggesting contruction & real estate professionals to help us achieve/evaluate our various concerns. We found Laura's artistic bent to be very useful for us, as non-architect consumers, in visualizing her design ideas. A picture is worth 1000 words!
