When he came back to us the layout was almost exactly opposite of what we asked for and you know what??? THANK YOU!!! Anyone we worked with could have done exactly what we asked for but Dave knew what we really wanted by listening to us describe our vision of the house. He's been GREAT to work with on making sure that we are happy with the results. We've built four other houses previous to this one and I can tell you he knows not only how to draw plans but also the business. Great ideas on how to save $$$ also. He's the real deal for sure.”

“We chose Eric to design a 430 sq foot game room, with walk-in 'pantry, built-ins etc in 2010. The kitchen wall was knocked down so the game-room and kitchen are open with a granite bar between them. Great work. He went from color pencil concept sketches, thru approval drawings and finals. The end result is very open and light, with a very large custom skylight providing natural light to the pool table by day. My wife loves the walk-in pnatry. Very personable and smart fellow. Not too expensive.”

“I have used Darlene's design services several times. First ten years ago with a remodel, then nine years ago when building my current home. We are making some changes in my current home as we are nearly empty nesters and are going to prepare to downsize. She is exceptionally good at grasping your design preferences and building on your style as opposed to imposing her styles on you. That being said, she has saved me much time and money by helping me understand what would not work well. I have tended to be a do-it-my-selfer over the years to keep things economical. After having used Darlene the first time, I realized that she actually saves me a significant amount of money by helping me avoid costly and time consuming errors (or at least avoiding doing projects that I just never feel happy with but can't put my finger on why) and by sourcing materials that are higher quality and lower cost than I can find on my own. She is extremely professional and very fair with her rates. She was able to visualize from my house plans exactly what would be needed for my new home from the decorative beams she added to the ceiling for best effect in the kitchen and living room to adding a Solatube for natural light to my laundry/craft room. It is amazing what a designer can do to a place with lighting alone!”
